Born in Rabat, Morocco, I started taking an interest in photography at the age of 17, combined with my love for stories, I naturally gravitated towards video, as still images were no longer enough for me to tell my stories. It was during my college years that my heart was set on filmmaking as it quickly became a real obsession of mine, even though it wasn’t my field of study. After graduating, I decided to enroll into a master’s degree in film directing in Barcelona, in order to dive deeper into my passion. Today I'm an award winning filmmaker, with a lot to learn still, hoping to make a bigger splash with every effort.
